Meet Dr. Mahesh Deshmukh
PhD., MCC., CDWF., HearMath Coach, Mentor & Supervisor

With more than 20 years of experience and 5000+ hours of Executive/Leadership Coaching under his belt, Mahesh is one of the rare coaches in the world who integrates a range of modalities in his coaching practice and teaching. He is one of the few who holds an ICF-MCC credential, is a certified Mentor Coach, holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision, a certified HearthMath Coach, Licensed TIFF Provider, a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, Trained Enneagram Practitioner & Teacher, holds a Diploma in Transactional Analysis, a certified mBIT Coach, Certified in PM Coaching and also trained in Somatic Coaching & Positive Psychology methods.

Mahesh has undertaken more than 25 group coaching sessions over last 3 years. He has coached more than 50 C-Level and 100 C-1 Level Coaching. He has curated this training jointly with another seasoned MCC coach and trainer from Australia, Barbara Anderson. Mahesh holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from IIT Bombay, an MSc in Management from NUS (Singapore) and a Master’s in Psychology form Pune University. He keeps his research and teaching interests alive as a visiting faculty with IIM Shillong and also provides doctoral supervision in HR & OB. Mahesh has published widely and presented at international conferences too.
